You're the dedicated leader who guides your crew in completing quality work, skillfully managing all aspects of the job from start to finish, WHILE WORKING ALONGSIDE YOUR TEAM. You closely read plans and guide your crew's work to align with the specifications, promptly taking care of any problems that arise.
