Cha Cha Express Auto Center is hiring a Service Manager to lead day-to-day operations at one of our state-of-the-art automotive repair facilities. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows how to run a clean, organized, high-performing shop and take care of people—customers and employees alike.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Own the customer service experience achieving a minimum overall 90% customer satisfaction goal
- Oversee daily repair shop operations from vehicle check-in to delivery
- Lead and motivate, Service Advisors, Technicians, Admin staff, and Porters
- Run effective team huddles and keep everyone aligned and informed
- Monitor workflow, bay utilization, and technician productivity
- Ensure repair orders, estimates, and timelines are clear and accurate
- Manage payroll approvals, timekeeping, and schedule management
- Address and resolve escalated customer concerns to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain shop cleanliness, safety, and operational standards
- Coordinate with towing operations on inbound repair opportunities
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of automotive service management or shop leadership experience
- Strong understanding of repair shop operations and workflow
- Proven ability to lead teams and hold people accountable the right way
- Excellent communication, organizational and customer service skills
- Experience with shop management software (Tekmetric, Mitchell1, OktoRocket etc.)
- Calm, organized, and steady under pressure
- Valid driver’s license and clean background
ASE certifications or technical training are a plus, but leadership matters most.
