Job Description: Xcite Automotive is seeking an experienced Automotive Reconditioning Manager with window tint and appearance services oversight to lead reconditioning operations within a dealership environment. This role is responsible for managing people, workflow, quality, and turnaround times to ensure vehicles meet dealership standards prior to frontline readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily automotive reconditioning operations, including window tint and appearance services
- Manage technicians and third-party vendors; inspect work for quality and compliance
- Coordinate workflow, vehicle prioritization, and turnaround time (TAT)
- Partner with service and sales teams to support vehicle readiness
- Track production metrics and enforce process standards
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 3 years of automotive reconditioning leadership or supervisory experience
- Direct experience with window tint operations or vendor management
- Strong understanding of dealership workflows and quality standards
- Proven ability to manage timelines, productivity, and multiple priorities
- Valid driver’s license; ability to operate manual and automatic vehicles
Nice to Have:
- Hands-on background in tint, detailing, paint correction, PDR, or wheel repair
- Experience in high-volume dealership environments
- KPI or production reporting experience
Beneficial Types of Previous Experience:
- Automotive Reconditioning Manager or Recon Supervisor (dealership environment)
- Appearance Manager or Detail Shop Manager with multi-skill oversight
- Window Tint Manager, Tint Lead, or tint vendor management experience
- Automotive service or operations leadership with vehicle readiness responsibility
- High-volume dealership recon operations with quality control and KPI ownership
