We are seeking Hourly Plus Commission Based Sales Lead Generators to become part of our team! You will demonstrate excellent communication skills and the drive to succeed. Competitive hourly pay and commission!
Responsibilities:
- Convey product and services to consumers in-person or over the phone
- Collect information from clients to enter into the IME portal and set an estimate date on the shared calendar
- Attend monthly sales conference call
- Follow up with clients to close sales
- Weekend hours required and holidays
- Update notes in the portal and collect payments on invoices
- Leverage marketing techniques and act as brand ambassador
- Understand clients' specific needs through consultation and provide best solutions
- Comply with company standards for customer satisfaction
- Achieve weekly or monthly sales goals
Qualifications:
- Previous experience with customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Background check required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Positive and professional demeanor
