Duties
- Prepare and assemble a variety of pizzas according to established recipes and customer specifications
- Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and handled in accordance with food safety standards
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, mixers, knives, and other utensils
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pizza prep area to uphold hygiene standards
- Assist with menu planning by suggesting new pizza flavors or toppings based on customer preferences
- Serve pizzas promptly and courteously to ensure excellent customer service
- Support other kitchen staff in food preparation, cooking, and plating as needed
Experience
