Project Details

• Location: Chandler, AZ
• Schedule: Monday–Sunday
• Language Requirement: Must speak English

Key Responsibilities

• Field leadership: Leading and directing the I&C team and subcontractors to ensure timely and high-quality installation of systems like sensors, control panels, and PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers).
• Coordination: Collaborating with other project managers, superintendents, and engineering teams to manage project sequencing and resolve field issues.
• Project management: Managing day-to-day activities, adjusting the project schedule as needed, handling RFIs (requests for information), and supporting cost control and quality assurance programs.
• Safety and compliance: Ensuring all activities comply with safety protocols, industry standards, and project specifications, including procedures like Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).
• Technical oversight: Interpreting technical documents such as P&IDs and wiring schematics to verify correct installation and address any discrepancies. 

What You’ll Need

• Experience: A minimum of ten years of experience in I&C construction is typically required, with extensive experience on large industrial or high-tech projects being highly preferred.
• Education: A high school diploma or GED is necessary, with a bachelor's degree in a related field like Electrical Engineering or Construction Management being preferred.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of industrial electrical and control systems, including PLCs and DCS (Distributed Control Systems).
• Certifications: OSHA 30 certification is often a requirement.
