We are seeking experienced and dependable industrial construction professionals to join our growing team in North Phoenix. This is a great opportunity for individuals with a strong background in concrete drilling and epoxy technician who take pride in producing high-quality interior build-outs.
⚠️ Note: Only candidates with direct experience in industrial construction will be considered.
Key Requirements – Must-Have Skills:
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in industrial construction
- Must be able to pass a global background check
- Proven experience in concrete drilling (required)
- Strong proficiency in epoxy
- Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints or plans
- Comfortable working in physically demanding environments
- Must be bilingual (English proficiency required)
- Able to work independently or as part of a small team
- Strong commitment to job site safety and craftsmanship
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform precision concrete drilling for anchors, dowels, and penetrations according to project specifications
- Install epoxy anchors and adhesive systems in compliance with manufacturer guidelines and safety standards
- Measure, mark, and layout drilling locations based on blueprints and site plans
- Operate and maintain core drills, hammer drills, and other specialized equipment
- Inspect drilled holes for proper depth, diameter, and cleanliness prior to epoxy installation
