CGL Facility Management, LLC is seeking a skilled Plumbing Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance operations, you will be responsible for performing preventive and corrective plumbing maintenance work, including installations, repairs, and replacements.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble, install, and repair pipes, fittings, and fixtures of heating, water, and drainage systems.
- Install and repair plumbing fixtures such as sinks, showers, commodes, water heaters, hot water tanks, garbage disposals, and dishwashers.
- Perform daily activities including drain cleaning, soldering, brazing, and repair of Drain Waste and Vent (DWV) systems.
- Complete all documentation required in compliance with CGL's Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Perform work in accordance with established safety procedures and according to the standards of CGL Facility Maintenance, OSHA, and clients.
Requirements:
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in plumbing maintenance for commercial environments.
- Must be able to pass pre-employment drug test and criminal background check.
- Must have a valid state driver's license.
