CGI Federal is seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator / Business Analyst to support enterprise ServiceNow initiatives with a focus on training delivery, stakeholder communication, and project planning. Your future duties and responsibilities
- Coordinate and support the development and delivery of training programs for ServiceNow users, including scheduling sessions, tracking attendance, and managing feedback.
- Assist in the creation and execution of communication plans to support change management and stakeholder engagement.
- Develop and maintain project documentation such as timelines, status reports, risk logs, and meeting notes.
- Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and change management leads to align training and communication efforts with project goals.
- Track progress against project milestones and escalate risks or delays as needed.
- Support the creation of user-friendly materials such as quick reference guides, FAQs, and onboarding content.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and training sessions as needed.
- Candidates must have ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, information systems, or a related field.
- 6 years of experience in project coordination, training support, or communications within an IT or enterprise systems environment.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar enterprise platforms.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience using project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, JIRA, or ServiceNow PPM).
- Experience supporting ServiceNow implementations or enhancements.
- Knowledge of ITIL or Agile methodologies.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or related certification.
- Experience in federal or public sector environments.
