CGI Federal is seeking a Management Analyst III to support the Civil Division of DOJ in Washington, DC.

Your future duties and responsibilities
CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors including but not limited to: skill set level, relevant experience and training, and licensure and certifications. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.

Your future duties and responsibilities
- Record expenditures in the financial system of record.
- Review travel authorizations for completeness and accuracy, ensuring adherence to proper procedures.
- Troubleshoot issues with travelers, travel services, and JMD.
- Process travel obligations daily, ensuring data aligns with originating documents.
- Review open balances at least quarterly to de-obligate funds that are no longer needed.
- Maintain a log of received vouchers and ensure performance time frames are met.
- Create and arrange travel reservations and itineraries for invitational travelers.
- Brief DOJ officials on the status of projects and work items.
- Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DOJ waiver
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct analysis and present findings clearly.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting as well as independently.
- Exceptional communication skills.
