Front End Developer - Angular

Position Description:

CGI is seeking to hire a Front-End Developer passionate about crafting elegant, high-performance web applications with Angular. In this role you'll design and build scalable UI solutions that power data-driven decision-making across the enterprise. You'll work with cutting-edge technologies like Angular, Highcharts, and AWS, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive user experiences and robust CI/CD pipelines.

This is a Full Time Employment Opportunity based in Merrimack, NH in a hybrid working model.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

.Develop and maintain highly scalable and performant web applications using Angular, HTML and CSS.
.Comfortable in handling UX/UI Design, Development, Data Visualization and Test Units
.Design and implementation of software solutions that meet functional and non-functional requirements and that are aligned to the program's strategic direction
.Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins to automate testing and deployment of Angular front-end applications on AWS.
.Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (product owners, architects, tech leads, fellow engineers, data modelers, and stakeholders) to deliver high-quality software.
.Fully engage in product quality plan efforts, including test case development, design reviews, code reviews and test automating.
.Maintain up-to-date knowledge on web development frameworks, and best practices.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

. 6-10 years of software development experience.
. Handson working knowledge of the latest Angular frameworks.
. Solid JavaScript, Typescript, CSS, HTML & Browser Developer tools.
. Experience with Test automation using Karate / Cypress / Jasmin, etc.
. Experience with Highcharts or other data visualization frameworks.
. Experience with NgRx or other UI state management frameworks is a plus.
. Exposure to Java stack, Spring and Restful webservices.
. Experience with CI/CD pipeline and AWS Cloud experience is a plus.
. Passionate about engineering excellence and a knack for writing clean, testable, readable, and easily maintainable code
. Understand how to operate in an Agile environment and to deliver using an acceptance test driven development (ATDD) approach.
. Knowledge of DevOps, Automated Testing and Continuous Delivery

Preferred qualifications:
. Transaction and Retail banking

Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $76,300.00 - $146,800.00. .
