Your future duties and responsibilities
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Learn your client's business, industry, financial operations, and organizational goals.
- Analyze business processes and gather requirements through stakeholder meetings, workshops, and process documentation.
- Assist in documenting business and functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Support enterprise finance and budgeting solutions by helping configure, test, and validate system functionality.
- Help analyze financial business processes, including budgeting, forecasting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, vendor management, cost accounting, and financial reporting.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to design and implement business solutions that meet client needs.
- Support system testing activities, including unit testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), system integration testing (SIT), and regression testing.
- Assist in troubleshooting functional issues and supporting production environments.
- Create user documentation, training materials, and client-facing deliverables.
- Use data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau to identify trends and support business recommendations.
- Leverage AI-enabled tools to improve productivity by summarizing requirements, drafting documentation, generating user stories, identifying risks, and supporting analysis.
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes through automation and emerging technologies while applying responsible AI and data privacy principles.
- Communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- 0–2 years of professional experience through internships, co-ops, research, or full-time employment.
- Preferred majors include Finance, Accounting, and Economics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an interest in business process improvement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders.
- Curiosity, adaptability, and a desire to continuously learn new business processes and technologies.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel; exposure to SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or other data analysis tools is a plus.
- Exposure to ERP systems, financial systems, business analysis, AI tools, or automation technologies through coursework, internships, or projects is preferred but not required.
