Entry Level Business Associate

As an Entry Level Business Associate, you will represent an AT&T Authorized Dealer and work directly with residential customers to provide wireless solutions that fit their needs. This is an in-person, customer-facing role that combines sales, customer service, and relationship building.

We are looking for motivated individuals who enjoy working with people, developing their communication skills, and growing their careers. As an Entry Level Business Associate, you will educate customers on AT&T products and services, recommend personalized solutions, and ensure a positive customer experience from start to finish.

Entry Level Business Associate Responsibilities:

• Meet with residential customers to discuss AT&T wireless products, plans, devices, and promotions
• Build relationships and provide personalized recommendations based on customer needs
• Guide customers through the sales process, including account setup and upgrades
• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Stay current on AT&T products, services, and promotions
• Meet individual sales goals while contributing to team success

Entry Level Business Associate Qualifications:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age due to company policy and/or legal requirements.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or related fields is a plus but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and goal-oriented mindset
• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities
• Coachable, dependable, and eager to learn
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: $1,200.00 - $1,400.00 per week
