Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Part-Time HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department. The primary focus of this role is recruiting and supportive role to the HR Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment (Primary Focus):
- Post and manage job listings across multiple platforms.
- Screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and assist in candidate communications.
- Support hiring managers with scheduling, follow-ups, and onboarding.
- Performance Management & Employee Support:
- Track and organize performance reviews and deadlines.
- Assist with employee recognition initiatives and engagement activities.
- Internal Communications:
- Draft and distribute the company newsletter and announcements.
- Support the coordination of company-wide updates and events.
- Administrative & Compliance:
- Maintain and update employee records and HR files with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist with compliance documentation and reporting requirements.
- Support HR leadership with special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous HR, recruiting, or administrative experience preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and HR/recruiting software (preferred)
Schedule & Hours:
- Part-time; 3 days a week in office. (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday)
