Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated career stability and longevity in previous roles (strongly preferred)
- Experience with die cutting processes and equipment is a strong plus
- Familiarity with ERP systems for production tracking and inventory management
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly preferred
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and production reporting tools
Compensation
- Salary Range: $60,000 $70,000 per year (based on experience and qualifications)
