Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled IT Analyst to join our dynamic IT support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, managing computer systems, and maintaining IT infrastructure to ensure seamless operations across the organization.
Duties
- 3 Years in Information Security - California state agencies
- 3 Years providing technical support and desktop support to end-users across various departments
- Active Certifications such as CompTIA A , Network , or ITIL are required
- Manage and maintain computer hardware, operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), and software applications including Microsoft Office suite
- Troubleshoot software issues related to applications such as ServiceNow, Jira, BMC Remedy, and other enterprise tools
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: From $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
