About The Role
We are hiring a Technical Success Manager in Dallas to own the technical relationship with our financial-services customers. You will blend technical know-how, business mindset, and leadership skills to help customers succeed and to grow our business.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the main technical contact for key financial customers (banks, fintechs, insurance, etc.)
- Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders and become a trusted advisor
- Understand customer goals and design success plans to drive product adoption and value
- Lead and mentor a small team supporting your customer accounts
- Work with Product, Engineering, and Support to solve complex technical issues
- Analyze product usage to spot risks and new growth opportunities (upsell/cross-sell)
- Run regular customer check-ins and business reviews
- Document account plans and activities in our internal tools and CRM
- 5–8 years in a customer-facing technical role (Technical Success Manager, Customer Success, Technical Account Manager, Solutions Engineer, etc.)
- Strong experience in the financial domain (banking, capital markets, payments, lending, risk, compliance, or fintech)
- Proven experience leading or managing a small team
- Track record of growing accounts (renewals, expansions, revenue targets)
- Excellent communication skills; able to explain technical topics in simple business language
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; comfortable working with data and dashboards
- Must be based in Dallas or willing to relocate and work in person in the office every business day
- Experience with APIs, integrations, data pipelines, or cloud platforms
- Familiarity with CRM and customer success tools (e.g., Salesforce, Gainsight, HubSpot)
- High-impact role owning strategic financial accounts
