Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement data migration strategies for SAP systems (ECC, S/4HANA, etc.)
- Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) using SAP tools such as SAP Data Services (BODS), LTMC, and LSMW
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure accurate and timely migration of master and transactional data
- Conduct data validation, cleansing, and reconciliation to maintain data integrity during migration
- Develop and maintain data models, mapping documents, and migration templates
- Support clients in data governance, quality assurance, and compliance throughout the migration process
- Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues during project execution
- Provide technical expertise and best practices for SAP data management and migration
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 5 years of experience in SAP data engineering and migration projects
- Proficiency in SAP Data Services (BODS), LTMC, LSMW, and related SAP data tools
- Strong knowledge of SAP modules (FI, MM, SD, etc.) and their data structures
- Experience with data profiling, cleansing, and validation techniques
- Familiarity with SQL, ETL processes, and data modeling
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in dynamic, client-facing environments
- Experience with S/4HANA migration projects
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and data integration tools
- Understanding of data governance frameworks and GDPR compliance
