- Valuations Analyst Key Responsibilities:
- Support the quarterly valuation process for portfolio companies across diverse industries
- Prepare valuation models, summaries, and performance metrics
- Assist with internal and external reporting, including SEC filings and audit support
- Collaborate with auditors, consultants, and cross-functional teams on valuation inputs
- Prepare materials for management, investor, and analyst presentations
- Contribute to special projects and ad hoc financial analysis as needed
- Valuations Analyst Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required (Master’s or MBA preferred)
- CPA or CFA designation (or currently pursuing) required
- 1–4 years of experience in accounting, banking, or finance – public accounting experience highly valued
