- Partner closely with Sales, Operations, Legal, and Executive Leadership on high-impact financial decisions for a $1B publicly traded Company
- Drive process improvements and KPI visibility using SAP and advanced reporting tools
- Build and develop a finance team while creating scalable best practices across cash, credit, and collections
- Gain broad exposure to customer financing programs, banking relationships, and financial institution partnerships
Key Responsibilities for the Manager of Treasury & Accounts Receivables:
- Lead cash management, liquidity planning, and short-term cash forecasting activities
- Own accounts receivable, credit, collections, DSO performance, and cash conversion initiatives
- Develop and manage net working capital forecasts across receivables, and inventory
- Oversee customer financing governance and manage relationships with banks, leasing companies, and lending partners
- Deliver financial reporting, risk analysis, KPI dashboards, and actionable recommendations to senior leadership
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
- Progressive finance leadership experience in cash flow, credit, collections, accounts receivable, and working capital management
- Proven success improving DSO, managing customer credit risk, and coordinating financing arrangements with financial institutions
- Strong knowledge of SAP, financial reporting, internal controls, and corporate finance principles
Salary : $120,000 - $165,000
