- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow reporting
- Assist with cash forecasting and treasury activities
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash activity
- Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations
- Support month-end and year-end close processes
- Assist with financial reporting and audit requests
- Prepare and file multi-state sales and use tax returns
- Manage excise tax, property tax, and other regulatory filings
- Support tax audits and compliance requirements
- Identify and implement process improvements across accounting operations
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3-5 years of accounting experience
- Experience with general ledger accounting, treasury, reconciliations, and month-end close
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data, identify trends, and investigate variances
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong Excel skills
