- Lead balance sheet management, liquidity planning, investment strategy, and interest rate risk oversight.
- Own the bank’s ALM platform, key pricing assumptions, and ALCO-related financial strategy.
- Direct budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and financial planning activities across the organization.
- Provide executive-level financial analysis and recommendations on profitability, capital deployment, pricing, and growth initiatives.
- Lead and develop finance team members while partnering with the CFO, accounting leadership, auditors, and regulators.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration; advanced degree preferred.
- Banking treasury management experience required. Corporate treasury experience alone is not sufficient.
- Experience with asset/liability management (ALM) and banking profitability strategies.
- CPA, CFA, CMA, or CTP designation preferred.
