- 15 years of public accounting tax experience
- Experience serving middle-market companies up to $500M in revenue
- Previous Partner or Principal-level leadership experience
- Proven background leading and managing tax departments or teams
- Track record of business development and revenue generation
- Portable book of business strongly preferred
