- Lead all direct and indirect tax compliance, planning, and risk management across the U.S. and international
- Identify and capture tax credits while reducing exposure and ensuring audit readiness
- Centralize and standardize tax processes, documentation, and exemption management
- Advise leadership on tax implications of acquisitions and business changes
- Evaluate, implement, and optimize tax technology and reporting tools
- 5 years of tax experience, including public accounting and/or multi-entity corporate experience
- Broad tax expertise across federal, state, local, and international jurisdictions;
- Hands-on experience with tax tools
- Proven ability to improve processes and implement scalable solutions
