My client, a booming and dynamic organization in Clarksville for over 30 years, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for their team. The role is 95% recruiting with some general HR responsibilities, employee relations support, and participation in company events. Work/life balance, great benefits, and generous PTO. This is a permanent direct hire role.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary Range: $75,000 - $100,000
• Quarterly Bonus: Up to 6%
• 401(k): Company match of 50% up to 8%
• Profit Sharing: Approximately 2.5% quarterly

Overview Of The Talent Acquisition Specialist

• The Talent Acquisition Specialist will perform high-volume recruiting for hourly employees and will report to the Director of HR.
• Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, Facebook, Career Center, and other recruiting platforms
• Attend community recruiting events, job fairs, Workforce Essentials events, and military transition/job fairs at nearby Army bases during work hours
• Screen applicants, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring processes
• Assist with extending job offers and facilitate pre-employment activities, including on-site drug screens
• Answer employee HR-related questions and provide general HR support
• Assist with special events including company picnics, family events, and holiday celebrations
  
  

Preferred Qualifications Of The Talent Acquisition Specialist

• 2 years of recruiting experience
• Ability to work onsite in Clarksville
