- Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication throughout the hiring process
- Maintain accurate applicant tracking and ensure a smooth, positive candidate experience
- Assist with onboarding coordination and recruitment reporting
- 1–3 years of recruiting experience (agency or in-house)
- Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple openings
- Experience sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruiting tools
- Ability to work on-site in Raynham, MA five days per week
- Interest in working within a mission-driven, nonprofit environment
