Location: Somerville, MA 02143 (5 days onsite)

CFS is partnering on an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Manager to build and lead a high-impact recruiting function. The Talent Acquisition Manager will play a critical role in attracting top talent, with a strong emphasis on engineering recruitment.

Job Description

• The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across technical and non-technical roles
• This Talent Acquisition Manager will partner closely with leadership to develop hiring strategies aligned with growth objectives
• Build and manage pipelines for engineering and specialized talent in a competitive market as a key Talent Acquisition Manager
• Oversee sourcing strategies, employer branding, and candidate experience initiatives
• Develop and track recruiting metrics to drive continuous improvement

Job Requirements

• 6 years of talent acquisition or recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting for engineering or technical roles strongly preferred
• Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced environment
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience building recruiting processes and strategies
