What You’ll Do

Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support enterprise systems and applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve escalated technical issues; mentor lower-tier support teams.
- Translate technical concepts into clear, actionable communication for stakeholders.
- Partner with business units to optimize system usage and identify improvement opportunities.
- Develop project plans and ensure timely execution with proper documentation.
- Prepare business cases and present recommendations to leadership committees.
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
- 4 years managing enterprise applications (financial industry experience preferred).
- Strong communication skills—able to bridge technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly organized, self-directed, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Leadership skills to coach and support IT resources.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Associate’s degree or higher in Computer Science or related field.
