- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and supporting schedules
- Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies
- Record journal entries and assist with month-end and year-end close
- Maintain the general ledger and ensure financial data accuracy
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Analyze financial results and identify opportunities for process improvements
- Support audits by preparing requested schedules and documentation
- Collaborate with operations and other departments to provide financial insight
- Maintain accurate accounting records while ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
- 1 years of accounting experience
- Understanding of general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP or accounting software is a plus
- Self-motivated professional with strong communication and problem-solving abilities
