The Staff Accountant will support day-to-day accounting operations and assist with financial reporting and analysis. This role is ideal for a hands-on Staff Accountant who is eager to learn, develop new skills, and grow within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
- Prepare journal entries and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
- Help maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Assist with inventory and cost accounting activities
- Prepare financial reports and assist with variance analysis
- Support audits and ensure compliance with company policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1–3 years of accounting experience preferred
- Manufacturing or inventory experience is a plus
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles (GAAP knowledge a plus)
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Salary : $65,000 - $75,000
