We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our team in Elkhart, IN. Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of Accounts Receivable, including invoicing, collections, and cash applications.
- Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate aging and reporting of outstanding receivables.
- Handle vendor management activities, maintaining strong communication and relationships.
- Prepare and analyze aging reports, identify issues, and drive resolution of past-due accounts.
- Support accounting team with month-end closing and other ad hoc financial tasks as needed.
- Minimum of 12 years of progressive accounting experience, with a strong focus on AR.
- Proficiency in reconciliation, cash applications, and collections.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate across departments.
- Self-motivated and dependable, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
