Responsibilities Of SR. Payroll And Benefits Analyst
- Lead payroll and benefits clean-up projects
- Assist with labor allocations
- Perform 401(k) clean-up and reconciliation
- Set up and administer employee benefits
- Support file feeds and employee data transfers from HR systems to vendors
- Identify and implement payroll and benefits process improvements
- Proven experience as a SR. Payroll and Benefits Analyst
- Payroll and benefits expert with demonstrated clean-up experience
- The SR. Payroll and Benefits Analyst must have strong attention to detail
- Paycor experience is a plus
Salary : $100,000 - $135,000
