- 4 Years of Full Stack Software Engineering Experience
- Proficiency with the .NET tech stack
- Experience developing and maintaining distributed systems

- Experience with Delphi / Object Pascal is a plus
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical thinking
