What You'll Do
- Check drivers in and out while processing inbound and outbound shipments
- Enter inventory and shipment data into the FAMOUS system
- Print pallet tags and shipping documentation
- Verify harvest tickets and shipping records for accuracy
- Alternate between front counter customer service and warehouse support as needed
- Experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse logistics, or inventory control
- FAMOUS software experience strongly preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
