About The Opportunity - Senior Staff Accountant

Our client is seeking a skilled Senior Staff Accountant to support core financial operations and reporting within a fast-paced environment. This role offers strong exposure to leadership and the opportunity to help drive process improvements while ensuring financial accuracy.

Key Responsibilities - Senior Staff Accountant

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Perform general ledger reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Support month-end and year-end close processes
• Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies
• Assist with internal and external audits
• Recommend and implement process improvements
• Partner with cross-functional teams including AP/AR and operations
  
  

Qualifications - Senior Staff Accountant

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3–6 years of accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle preferred
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, analysis)
• CPA or CPA candidate preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
