- Lead and shape the strategy, performance, and future direction of a high-volume Accounts Payable organization
- Manage and mentor accounting leaders while influencing a broader AP team
- Drive process improvement initiatives, automation projects, and system enhancements
- Gain exposure to cross-functional leadership teams including Procurement, Marketing, Logistics, Warehouse, and IT
- Play a key role in strengthening financial controls, compliance, and fraud prevention initiatives

- Lead all Accounts Payable functions, including vendor payments, employee expenses, reconciliations, and 1099 reporting.
- Develop, implement, and enforce AP policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Manage vendor relationships, escalations, reconciliations, and dispute resolution.
- Oversee AP reporting, process improvements, and system enhancement initiatives.
- Lead audits, GL reconciliations, testing activities, and compliance efforts.
- Hire, develop, and manage Accounts Payable leadership and team members.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
- 5 years of experience leading an Accounts Payable department within a large organization
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs
- Experience analyzing large datasets and improving financial processes; Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations experience preferred
