A growing company is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support business planning, financial reporting, and strategic decision-making activities.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare financial analyses, forecasts, and budgets
  • Develop reporting tools and performance dashboards
  • Analyze trends and identify business opportunities
  • Support leadership with strategic recommendations
  • Assist with long-range planning initiatives
  • Partner with operational leaders to improve performance

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
  • 3 years of financial analysis experience
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities
  • ERP experience preferred
