- Own financial analysis and reporting, delivering clear insights through monthly, quarterly, and annual results, including variance analysis vs. budget and forecast
- Play a key role in month‑end and year‑end close. Support budgeting and forecasting.
- Build dashboards and management reports that directly support business performance decisions
- Develop financial models and scenario analyses and partner with sales & operations to analyze profitability/cost drivers/volume/mix.
- Drive process improvement, strengthening financial controls, documentation, and efficiency
- Additional duties as assigned.
- BS in Finance/Accounting/Economics/Business
- 3-5 years Financial Analysis experience with financial modeling within a manufacturing or closely related industry.
- Strong proficiency with MS Excel and robust ERP systems.
Salary : $90,000 - $100,000
