As Senior Finance Director, Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Direct the organization's annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes
- Develop and deliver financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for the Board
- Oversee accounting operations, financial audits, compliance requirements, and internal controls
- Manage organizational cash flow, banking relationships, and investment activities
- Partner with department leaders to strengthen financial performance, accountability, and decision-making
- Serve as a strategic financial advisor to executive leadership
- Lead, coach, and mentor members of the finance and accounting team
- Provide financial insight and analysis to support organizational strategy and long-term planning
Qualified Candidates Will Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- CPA strongly preferred; MBA is a plus
- 5 years of progressive finance and accounting leadership experience
- Experience overseeing $30M budgets, with nonprofit experience strongly preferred
- Strong background in FP&A, budgeting, and financial reporting
