- Proven Payroll leadership experience at the Director or Manager level (or equivalent)
- High-volume, multi-entity payroll experience
- Strong knowledge of payroll compliance, controls, and best practices
- Experience working with third-party payroll providers
- Workday payroll experience preferred
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams and partner cross-functionally
- Hands-on, detail-oriented leader who values accuracy, collaboration, and culture
