- Build toward long-term growth as the accounting and finance function continues to expand
- Analyze project costs, job performance, and profitability across complex manufacturing programs
- Support percentage-of-completion revenue recognition and ASC 606 reporting
- Monitor WIP, labor costs, overhead, project spending, and manufacturing variances
- Work with operations and finance teams to evaluate budgets, forecasts, and project performance
- Review financial results and investigate cost or margin discrepancies
- Assist with month-end close, account reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Improve reporting processes and develop better visibility into project and manufacturing costs
- 5 years of accounting, cost analysis, or related financial experience, including 3 years within manufacturing
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
- Strong experience with job costing, project accounting, or job-shop manufacturing
- Percentage-of-completion accounting and ASC 606 experience strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial statements, WIP, and manufacturing accounting
- Aerospace, defense, precision manufacturing, or custom manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work effectively across finance and operations teams
