Senior Corporate Accountant

What You’ll Own
- Assist in bringing accounting activities in-house as shared-service functions are transitioned internally.
- Take ownership of key month-end close duties and account reconciliations.
- Manage AP/AR processing, GL entries, accruals, and fixed asset tracking.
- Support preparation of accurate and timely financial statements.
- Maintain and improve internal controls, documentation, and accounting policies.
- Help implement or enhance ERP systems and other financial tools.
- Participate in cash flow tracking, bank reconciliations, and working capital processes.
- Assist leaders with budgeting, cost insights, ad hoc analysis, and operational reporting.
- Partner with external auditors, tax firms, and banking partners as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA or CPA-track preferred.
- 3–7 years of accounting experience, ideally in manufacturing, consumer products, or a similar environment.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and core accounting processes.
- Experience with ERP systems (implementation or optimization a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and comfort in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
- A process-improvement mindset and willingness to build structure where none exists.
