- Process bi-weekly payroll for exempt and non-exempt employees, including new hires, terminations, bonuses, salary changes, PTO, tax maintenance, reporting, and payroll audits.
- Administer U.S. and Canadian employee benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k), and retirement plans.
- Ensure compliance with applicable U.S. and Canadian payroll and benefits regulations, including required filings, reporting, and documentation.
- Coordinate annual Open Enrollment, including system testing, employee communications, and education sessions.
- 5 years of payroll and benefits administration experience.
- Experience supporting both payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Paycom experience strongly preferred.
Salary : $80,000 - $90,000
