- 5 years of Accounts Receivable and commercial collections experience
- Experience managing complex, high-volume customer portfolios
- Background in construction, equipment rental, industrial services, transportation, or related industries preferred
- Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
- Experience with account reconciliations, dispute resolution, and cash application activities
- Strong understanding of collection strategies and credit-risk management principles
