Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team
- Oversee the month-end close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Ensure financial reporting is completed and distributed on schedule
- Supervise a team of five direct reports
- Support accounting operations within a global organizational structure
- Maintain strong internal controls and drive continuous process improvements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5 years of accounting experience
- Prior people management experience
- Strong understanding of financial reporting and month-end close processes
- CPA designation
- Experience working within a global organization
- Capital expenditure (CapEx) experience
- SAP experience
