We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team. This individual will play a key role in the month-end close process, financial reporting, account reconciliations, and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Overview Of The Senior Accountant Role

• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities
• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements
• Analyze financial results and investigate variances
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow reporting
• Support internal and external audits
• Maintain and improve internal controls and accounting processes
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior accounting staff
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and financial reporting needs
• Assist with special projects and process improvement efforts
  
  

Preferred Qualifications For The Senior Accountant Role

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 4–7 years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
• CPA or CPA track preferred
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar preferred
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
