- Own the full lifecycle of fixed asset and lease accounting activities in accordance with GAAP
- Track capital projects including capitalization, depreciation, impairments, adjustments, and disposals
- Manage right-of-use asset and lease liability accounting including modifications and disclosures
- Lead month-end close responsibilities including journal entries, reconciliations, and rollforwards
- Determine proper capitalization versus expense treatment for various project and asset types
- Maintain accurate asset and lease sub-ledgers and related financial reporting schedules
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure operational project data is captured accurately in financial systems
- Support process improvements and automation initiatives within the accounting function
- Prepare audit-ready schedules and documentation for internal and external audit requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
- 4 years of experience in fixed assets, capex, lease, or technical accounting
- Strong knowledge of GAAP including capitalization guidance and lease accounting standards
- ERP system experience required along with strong Excel and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
Salary : $90,000 - $110,000
