The Senior Accountant will prepare and analyze financial data, support audits and tax compliance, and contribute to strategic initiatives alongside senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, manage month-end and year-end close, and maintain general ledger integrity
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling for leadership and Board reporting
- Partner with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure compliance and timely filings
- Track cash positions, reconcile payroll and bank accounts, and maintain debt schedules
- Develop dashboards and reports to highlight key performance metrics and support operational improvements
- 3–7 years of accounting experience with increasing responsibility
- Public accounting background strongly preferred
- CPA license highly preferred (or progress toward CPA designation)
- Solid understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and tax regulations
