- Deliver actionable financial insights through ad hoc analysis, process improvements, and clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA is a plus.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience; family office or wealth management environment strong plus
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with leadership and external partners.
- A disciplined, detail‑oriented approach paired with the adaptability needed in an entrepreneurial setting.
- Strong Excel skills; prior ERP software implementation is a nice plus
