Key Responsibilities
- The SEC Reporting Analyst will complete quarterly and annual SEC filings, including 10-Q, 10-K, and earnings releases.
- Research and conclude on ad hoc technical accounting topics to ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations.
- Act as a liaison with internal and external auditors, providing requested information promptly.
- Assist with complex accounting entries during month-end and quarter-end close processes.
- The SEC Reporting Analyst will help maintain accuracy and compliance across all reporting activities.
- Bachelors in Accounting; CPA preferred
- 3 years of SEC reporting experience
- Experience preparing 10-Q and 10-K filings.
- The SEC Reporting Analyst will gain exposure to complex reporting and technical accounting issues.
